Customers
Customer records are built from orders rather than requiring shoppers to register. You get contact details and order history per customer, which is what makes repeat buyers visible — the single most useful thing a small seller can know.
Customer order tracking
On Growth and Pro, customers can look up their own orders through an email one-time-code flow, without an account. This removes the highest-volume support question a seller receives — "where is my order?" — without adding a login step for the buyer.
Frequently asked questions
Do customers need an account to order?
No. Checkout is guest-based, which converts better. Customer records are assembled from order history instead, so you still get contact details and repeat-purchase visibility.
Can customers track their own orders?
On Growth and Pro, yes — customers verify by email one-time code and can then see their order status without creating an account.
