Pickup details including your address and collection information are configured per store, and pickup appears as a fulfilment choice at checkout. For local businesses this is frequently the most profitable option — no packaging, no courier cost and no returns in transit.

Can I offer free shipping over a certain order value?
Yes. Set a threshold and shipping is waived automatically once the cart exceeds it. Set the threshold above your current average order value, or you simply give away margin you were already earning.
Can customers collect orders in person?
Yes. Store pickup can be offered with your address and collection details, and customers can still pay online at checkout.
